born in Kavala, is a silversmith who has been living and creating in Thessaloniki for 30 years. Having studies in tourism professions, she never stopped being attracted by her childhood love, small constructions that require attention to detail. So, switching to jewelry making was an easy decision for her.
In 2002, she graduated from the Department of Handmade Jewelry Techniques and Jewelry Design. But her relationship with jewelry is not limited to studies. Her mother works in the field of trading and manufacturing jewelry with pearls as a raw material and Olga is introduced to this world from an early age. The natural material of these "living" stones, as well as the way they are produced within a pulsating organism that lives in water, fascinates her.
The workshop
Olga's journey in the design and manufacture of handmade jewelry begins in her first store on Ippodoriou Street and, since 2015, continues on Nikiforou Foka Street. In her workshop the dominant material is pearls, followed by metals, silver and gold, and precious and semi-precious stones.
With a very good knowledge of the stringing of pearls, she constantly develops her manufacturing techniques and processes her materials with particular insistence on details. In the design of her jewelry, Olga stands above all in application. She believes that body type is an important factor, which will determine both the design and the materials and construction details of each piece of jewelry. For this reason, each piece he creates has its own personality, its own "fingerprint".
